Mary I of England dies 1558

Mary I, the daughter of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon, died at St James Palace on the 17th of November 1558. Her wish was to be buried alongside her mother at Peterborough cathedral but was buried at Westminster Abbey, on the 14th of December 1558, instead. Her half sister and successor Elizabeth I of England was also buried in the same tomb. James I of England had an inscription added which reads:

Consorts in realm and tomb, here we sleep, Elizabeth and Mary, sisters, in hope of resurrection
