This is a small moth belonging to the family Crambidae (commonly called grass moths or crambid snout moths). It is widespread and common across Europe, especially in grassy habitats. Forewings are pale brown to golden-tan with a distinctive white longitudinal stripe running from the base to the tip, and the  hndwings are pale grey and usually hidden when the moth is resting.
