This Annunciation (1438-1443) frescoe, by Fra Angelico, is in cell 3 of the novice accommodation at San Marco Florence. The scene is devoid of extrenous detail leaving the novice to contemplate the dialogue taking place. St Peter the Martyr looks on fron the edge of the loggia.
