Divorce of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon 1533

On the 23rd of May 1533 Archbishop Cranmer at a special court in Dunstable Priory rules that marriage between Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon is invalid. Five days later Thomas Cranmer declares that the marriage of Henry to Anne Boleyn valid.
