Coronation of Edward III of England 1327

Edward III was crowned King of England, following the dispostion of his father Edward II, on the 1st of February 1327. Because he was 14 years old the de facto ruler became Roger Mortimer, Queen Isabella's consort. In 1330 Edward overthrew Mortimer and began to reign in his own right.
